Preparation and intention
As preparation, the participants fill out a short questionnaire describing their motivation and project for the program.
Projects could be, for example, improving a current project or an idea for a new measure, or something similar in the company.
Program elements and capabilities
Each workout trains a specific skill. These could concern clarifying motivations, developing ideas, working productively, working together effectively, or convincing others.
A workout starts with a repetition of the content of the previous session. In this way, the participants themselves systematically develop their skills.
In the community sessions, the participants meet in small training groups to repeat the contents of the workouts. They are self-organized and therefore adapt to the availability of the participants.
The coaching sessions take place with the moderators. Here the individual development process is reflected upon, and potential further measures are discussed.
Individual app training accompanies the whole process. Here the participants can set their priorities and practice according to their interests, needs, and availability.
