Language & Intercultural Competence

Our Approach
Language is much more than just a subject to be studied. It is the key to collaboration, trust, orientation, and effectiveness—both in professional and personal contexts. People who learn a language don’t just want to understand grammar; they want to navigate real-life situations with confidence, build relationships, and become capable of taking action in a new environment. That’s why we combine language training in German, Spanish, English, and Portuguese with intercultural competence and a modern approach to learning based on the principles of New Learning.
Our approach is practical, personalized, and results-oriented. We focus on what people truly want to learn and need, design learning experiences closely aligned with the concrete challenges of daily life and work, and support the application of what’s learned in real conversations, decisions, and interactions. Learning should not take place in isolation from real life, but rather, as much as possible, within the flow of work—with clear learning objectives, small challenges, regular practice, and visible successes. This creates a learning process that motivates, provides direction, and makes progress tangible.
Our Services
Language training
We offer personalized language training in German, Spanish, English, and Portuguese. The content is tailored to the learners’ specific goals and situations—for example, in everyday professional life, in international teams, during relocation, in customer interactions, in leadership roles, or in their personal lives.
Intercultural Competence
We help individuals and teams navigate new cultural contexts with confidence and awareness. This includes cultural orientation, shifting perspectives, communication styles, cross-border collaboration, and preparation for international assignments and new living environments.
We design learning formats to foster motivation, personal responsibility, and real-world application. This includes work-related learning paths, small challenges, reflection, applying what’s learned to real-life situations, and consciously highlighting learning progress and moments of success.
What makes our work special
- Learning what is truly needed—rather than standard curricula disconnected from reality
- Practical relevance—with a focus on real-life communication situations and concrete challenges
- Effectiveness in everyday life—through application, repetition, reflection, and transfer
- Intercultural perspective—language and cultural understanding are developed together
- Experience working with executives and in demanding contexts—professional, flexible, and personalized
